Welcome to GoLaccadive! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using GoLaccadive’s services, located in India. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “GoLaccadive” refers to the company providing the tour services.
  • “Client,” “You,” or “Traveler” refers to any person or entity booking a tour package through GoLaccadive.

2. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Process: A booking is confirmed once GoLaccadive receives a deposit as outlined in your package plan. All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. Payment Terms: Full payment for the tour package is required [7/14/30 days] prior to the departure date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method specified by GoLaccadive.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Traveler:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
    • Cancellations made within 15-30 days: 50% of the total cost refunded.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

  2. Cancellation by GoLaccadive: In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, GoLaccadive will offer a full refund or an alternative tour option of equal value.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation request.

4. Changes and Amendments

  1. Traveler-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes to the tour itinerary should be made at least 14 days before the start date. Additional charges may apply.

  2. Changes by GoLaccadive: GoLaccadive reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. GoLaccadive is not responsible for any medical expenses, loss of luggage, or other issues that may arise during the trip.

6. Health and Safety

  1. Health Requirements: Travelers should be in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities included in their tour. Please inform GoLaccadive of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to booking.

  2. Safety Compliance: Travelers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by GoLaccadive or its representatives.

7. Liability

  1. Limited Liability: GoLaccadive is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, injury, illness, or damage sustained by travelers during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by GoLaccadive.

  2. Third-Party Liability: GoLaccadive is not responsible for the actions or services provided by third-party vendors, such as hotels, airlines, or transport providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials provided by GoLaccadive are the intellectual property of GoLaccadive and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

GoLaccadive respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the jurisdiction of India.
